Easy step-by-step guide:
Step 1:
Acai Antioxidant: 1 capsule to be taken 1 – 3 times per day, with or without food.
Step 2:
Organic 35Nutri Balance: 1 or 2 capsules to be taken 1 to 3 times per day. Up to 16 capsules can be taken per day, depending upon requirements. To be taken continuously for 2 to 3 months in order to derive maximum benefits.
Step 3:
Nature’s Vita-C: 1 capsule to be taken 1 – 3 times per day.
Step 4:
Multi-Strain Biotic Balance: 1 capsule to be taken 1 to 3 times per day before meals. Best results are achieved when Multi-Strain Biotic Balance is taken continuously for 2 – 3 months, together with improved eating habits.
Note: Always combine this pack with a balanced, low sodium/salt daily diet, exercise and drink plenty of pure water. The Vitality Energy Pack can be used on a long-term basis. Ideally, the products in this pack should be take continuously for 3 – 4 months, with a 1 – 2 month break before starting the combination again.
